About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer who has a strong understanding of web design and front-end development. The ideal candidate should be able to create designs in Figma and convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create modern, user-friendly and responsive website designs using Figma.
  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS with high attention to detail.
  • Ensure the final website closely matches the approved design in terms of layout, spacing, typography, colors and responsiveness.
  • Develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
  • Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers and project managers.
  • Optimize web pages for performance, usability and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Make design adjustments based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Edit and optimize images and other web assets when required.
Key Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML.
  • Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma for creating website and UI designs.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in matching designs accurately.
  • Understanding of typography, colors, spacing, grids and web design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Bootstrap will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should be someone who is equally comfortable with design and front-end implementation. You should be able to take a Figma design and produce a clean, responsive and pixel- perfect HTML implementation without compromising the original design. Portfolio is highly preferred. Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their ability to convert a Figma design into HTML during the selection process.
